Searching for Hunter Weapon in Patch 5.0

I'm currently using the Heroic version of Yan-Zhu's Pressure Valve right at this moment. If you're a hunter and has been searching for a great first epic weapon, this post might show you some insights. First of all, you're going to aim for Klatith, Fangs of the Swarm. This weapon drops from Raigonn the last boss at The Gate of the Setting Sun. The drop rate is very low so don't expect to get it easily in just a few of this dungeon runs.

Next up, you have to wait and cap conquest points every week by doing arenas, rated battlegrounds or winning lots of random battlegrounds to get Malevolent Gladiator's Longbow. You will need a minimum requirement of 7800 conquest points in order to get this weapon. It has PVP power but has lower item level then Klatith, Fangs of Swarm. So, in four weeks you still can't get it, this might be your best choice.

Next in the list is Fang Kung, Spark of Titans which you can get from Mogu'shan Vaults' final boss Raid Finder or Normal Mode. The raid finder one will be equivalent to Klatith which is 476 item level while the the normal mode one is 489 item level. If you managed to get a very good arena or RBG team, try to aim for 2200 rating and get the ultimate PVP weapon for this season Malevolent Gladiator's Longbow. It has item level of 490 and with the base damage of 10,140 - 15,211 and 4225.2 damage per second, it is very good for both PVP and PVE.
